Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing personalized support, guidance, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Proactively understand clients’ financial goals and work with the team to provide solutions that help them achieve these objectives.
  • Coordinate with investment advisors and other team members to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market updates, and financial products to provide relevant guidance.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including account setup and introductory meetings.
  • Support internal initiatives and contribute to enhancing the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, investment advisory, or related clientfacing role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Advyzon, Wealthbox, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver highquality work with attention to detail.
  • Professional, proactive approach and strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • FINRA Series 65 required (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe);
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support operational excellence and superior client experience.

Fully in-office role (5 days/week).
